A Case of Large Hepatocelluar Adenoma in Adult Female with No History of Steroid Use

Abstract

|
Hepatocellular adenoma is a benign epithelial tumor of liver, occuring in non-cirrhotic liver, especially in women. And the most of them are associated with oral contraceptives. We experienced a case of hepatocellular adenoma in a 38 years old
woman
without a history of taking contraceptive steroid. and the mass was about 15cm in diameter. Hepatocellular adenoma containing suspicious cancerous lesion was confirmed by operation and histologic examination.
